There could be multiple reasons why Trips are not showing in the app.

If this happens to you, firstly check these most common mistakes:
NO TRIPS
1. Car profile (Guest mode shouldn't be chosen)
When you start your car, it asks you which user is currently driving. You have to choose your profile that is connected with MyToyota app. Only then the trips will be recorded and sent to the app.
2. Terms of use
When you choose your profile, your Toyota will ask you to agree to the terms of use (a blue screen with terms of use). You have to agree to this, so the trips can be recorded and sent to the app.
3. Connected services
In the MyToyota app you have to activate all connected services that are available.
How?
Open MyToyota app and click on "My Garage"
Then click on "Connected services centre":
Here you will see all Active connected services. They need to have an Active sign. If any are not active, you need to activate them.
MISSING/DELAYED TRIPS
1. Privacy mode off
Open MyToyota app and click on "My Garage":
Then click on "Privacy mode":
Here privacy mode should be set to "OFF". So Toyota can access to your vehicle's data and import it into the app.
If privacy mode is ON, you can turn it off in your multimedia system under "Info&Security" in your vehicle's Settings.
